How to Use the Site

You may browse our site without creating an account. To place an order, you will need to register and provide accurate contact and payment information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our services.

How to Place an Order

Placing an order is straightforward:

• 1. Select the type of content you need
• 2. Upload your brief (including any specific instructions, tone guidance, or reference materials)
• 3. Enter the word count, turnaround time, quality level, and any supporting images
• 4. Provide your brand URL if applicable
• 5. Review your order summary and proceed to payment

Once payment is complete, your order enters our production queue. You will receive confirmation via email to your registered email address.
Your brief is the foundation of everything we write. The more detail and clarity you provide, the better we can deliver content that meets your needs.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through our PCI DSS certified payment provider. When you complete your order, you will be directed to a hosted payment page where you can pay by Visa or Mastercard. Our website does not store, process, or have access to your card details at any time.

Delivery

Your completed content will be delivered via email to your registered email address in PDF or Word format, depending on your preference. Delivery times are based on the turnaround option you selected at checkout.
Once delivered, you have the opportunity to review the work and request revisions. You are entitled to two rounds of revisions at no additional cost, provided your feedback is based on the original brief. Revisions requested outside the scope of the brief, or requests for entirely new content, may incur additional charges.
Revised content will be redelivered via email in the same format as the original.

Refunds & Cancellations

We take pride in delivering content that meets your brief. If something goes wrong, we want to make it right.
Refunds may be issued for valid reasons, including:

• The content delivered does not match what you ordered
• The brief was not followed despite clear instructions
• The work was not delivered within the agreed timeframe without prior notice

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. We will review your request and, if approved, issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
Cancellations are accepted under the following conditions:

• If you cancel before work has started, you will receive a full refund
• If you cancel after work has started but before delivery, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, depending on the stage of completion
• Once content has been delivered and you have reviewed it, cancellations are not accepted, though refund requests will still be considered under the terms above

Intellectual Property Rights

Once you have paid in full for your content and it has been delivered, ownership of the written work transfers to you. You may use, edit, publish, and distribute it as you wish.

However, we retain the right to use anonymised examples of our work (with no identifying client details) for portfolio or marketing purposes unless you specifically request otherwise.

You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of content created by Contentiqo as if it were your own original creation in contexts where authorship attribution is legally or ethically required (for example, academic or journalistic work).

Any images, brand assets, or reference materials you provide remain your property. By uploading them, you grant us a limited licence to use them solely for the purpose of creating your content.

Liability and Warranties

We take care to deliver accurate, high-quality content. However, we do not guarantee that the content will be error-free, suitable for every possible use, or that it will achieve any specific outcome (such as increased sales, search rankings, or engagement). It is your responsibility to review and approve content before publishing or using it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services, whether in contract, negligence, or otherwise, is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under law.

Indemnity
