How do I know a real person is writing my content?
Every project is assigned to a writer with sector experience and an editorial background. They write it, an editor reviews it. No ghostwriting behind a brand façade, no AI generating basic script.
What happens after I submit my brief?
You'll get an instant quote on screen based on your word count, quality level, and turnaround time. No hidden fees, no follow-up calls. If the price works, you pay and the brief goes straight to a writer. All communication from that point happens over email.
How long does it actually take?
TStandard turnaround is 5–7 days. Express is 2–3 days. Both timelines start once payment clears, and they're fixed, you won't get bumped because someone else paid more.
What if the first draft isn't right?
Then we revise it. You get two rounds of revisions included, and you can give as much feedback as you need during those rounds. If the brief was unclear or we misread the tone, that's on us, and we'll make it right.
Do I need a subscription or ongoing contract?
No. You sign up for a free account, request what you need when you need it, and pay per project. No retainers, no monthly commitments, no pressure to keep ordering.
Can I see samples before committing?
Not custom samples, no, every piece we write is bespoke, and we don't spec work. But you can read the copy on this site. If the tone, clarity, and craft here feel right, that's the standard you'll get.
